Application Process
Feature Vehicle Selection
All prospective exhibiting show cars will be screened for build quality, presentation, and uniqueness. The show floor is reserved for tastefully built vehicles that represent their specific category to the highest level.
Registration will open June 2023
All submissions will be reviewed by a show panel consisting of experts in several automotive related categories and responsible for curating the best available representations for each event. Maintaining strict standards ensures show integrity.

3-5 Detailed Photos of Vehicle Upon Request
Application approvals will all be processed and applicants notified within 30-60 days.
All approved vehicles will be contacted by e-mail only.
Submission does not guarantee entrance. Approval must be received from event.
Please note: Due to size restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate all vehicles that meet our application requirements.
Registration fee of $100 applies to all non-commercial feature vehicles. We will provide you with the location for your exhibit space once your application has been approved.
As an approved feature vehicle, your vehicle is then qualified for judging and competition.
Special Awards will be presented on Day 2, and winners are to display them with vehicle.
